IOIOBox grew out of a problem encountered while operating theWISP.net: finding an outdoor enclosure that was the right size, at the right cost, for the equipment inside. Adam and his brother Andrew developed that practical need into a Portland manufacturing business, with the first enclosures produced in 2017.

Today, IOIOBox designs modular equipment enclosures for telecommunications and other demanding applications. The products are built around adaptability, so systems can change as installation requirements evolve. Real field experience continues to inform the way the company approaches design.

Johnson Family Ventures holds a managing interest in IOIOBox and partners with Andrew F. Johnson of Johnson Brothers Collaborative LLC. Our involvement connects the family's background in network operations with a long-standing commitment to useful, carefully considered hardware.
